About me

I am interested in everything! People and their ideas fascinate me. I particularly love those embracing an entrepreneurial spirit. If you are thinking that I am a glass half full sort of person then you are right. Because I have multiple interests, I have a number of projects; strangely all the roads of my universe seem to intertwine, connect and complement each other ( I love when that happens).

So what am I up to? I am giving a new face to my business. It is called Update Small Business and it helps small businesses and the self employed get and keep a competitive edge (pretty vital in today's economic climate). Many people just do not realize that it is a lot easier to make life saving changes than they imagine.

Also, I am a graduate student in mental health counseling. Helping to understand what makes people tick is important in all relationships. Too many businesses forget this and go bonkers during tough times (keeping great customers and employee relationships are key).

Another major interest for me is supporting and helping our Veteran Families. I have said it before and I will keep saying it; they are our unsung heroes. This is especially true when the families are coping with PTSD. The Veterans Administration admits that there is a major deficit in programs to support the families. My small step to help them is that I have created 2 self help CDs using guided imagery and hypnotic language patterns to help families address anger, loss and grief
